They were the best!! Great flavorThis stuff is the best. This brand is the best. If you are cooking any type of BBQ or meat replace the molasses with this gem. Mixes very well with mustard's for pork glazes. Also fantastic in salad dressings or a touch over fresh fruit. It is hard to find in most places so most folks are not familiar with the taste. It is very distinct but more subtle than molasses. No one can figure out how I cook or why things tastes so good. I lie all the time. This stuff is a staple in my kitchen. One of a few secret ingredients. Great for baking anything with ginger. If you cook with molasses try Sorghum syrup.I ordered 2 jars, one to keep for myself and one as a gift. The second jar arrived with a plastic lid and it was broke with sorghum over entire package. Very disappointed.Love this! The “real thing”. Use it for cookies and popcorn and takes me back to my childhood!I loved everything about it! My sister and I both stirred it up with butter for toast like we used to as kids!It was a Christmas present. They were thrilled.I received this sorghum by return mail! It was packed exceedingly well giving no chance of breakage. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I had wanted a medium flavored syrup and this was a mild flavor and color. The description on Amazon was not clear on this.
